Training sessions are tailored towards the athletes specific needs. Reid helps volleyball players gain strength, increase their mobility, improve their jumping mechanics, increase their speed and agility, and much more.

Volleyball is a very high impact sport which leads to all sorts of over-use injuries. Reid’s Workouts takes pride in helping athletes gain not only a stronger body but also much more resilient to injuries.

The small group training is for focused volleyball players that want to make some big improvements. These sessions have helped develop many high level volleyball players. Athletes need to be 13 years of age or older to join a group. The training session run in month long blocks. There are multiple strength training session per week for the athlete to choose from. This adds flexibility if the athlete has a busy schedule.


2 workouts $60 +HST ($67.80 total)

4 workouts $108 + HST ($122.04 total)

6 workouts $150 + HST ($169.50 total)

I will personally take the athlete through a full hour long workout!

At the beginning of the first workout I will take the athlete through a full physical assessment to identify imbalances and weaknesses. At the end of the workout we will establish some realistic goals. Based on the information gathered from the assessment and goal setting I will be able to develop a plan of attack.


4 training sessions: $340 + HST ($384.20 total)

8 training sessions: $640+ HST ($723.20 total)

12 training sessions: $900+ HST ($1017 total)
